2019 Update

January 20, 2019

Now that it's a new year, I wanted to reflect on everything that happened in 2018 and talk about my goals for 2019:

(January 10) Launched my GoFundMe which has, to date, raised over $1k for NSSA.

(April 14) Spoke at NSSA's 26th Annual DInner in honor of their 35th Anniversary and donated 5 more iPads, bringing the total count to 17.

(May 1) National College Commitment Day: high school seniors all over the country wore their school proudly on their Carley's Kicks to show off their commitment.

(May 12) Attended the 11trh Annual Jack's Run.

(May 23) Carley's Kicks received the Health Education Department Power of Community Service Award at the senior awards ceremony at my high school.

(June 7) Donated another 3 iPads to NSSA, bringing the total count to 20.

Being able to donate 8 more iPads in 2018 was a dream come true, and I can't wait to donate even more technology to NSSA in the near future. My goal is to raise enough money to donate at least 5 more by the end of the year. A huge thanks to everyone who has supported me and my journey so far. None of this could be possible without you guys. Best of wishes for the new year. Let's make 2019 count!
